Open the app and click on Save from the home screen.
Tap on Goals, then tap Create Plan.
Enter your plan name and the saving purpose (e.g. rent, school fees).
Type in your total target amount, select how often you want to save (e.g. daily, weekly), and choose a payment day.
Set how long you want to save for (duration). You can enter a custom duration or pick one of the saved durations.
Choose your primary and secondary funding sources (e.g. Your Rank Wallet or saved card).
Tap Continue, review the Terms & Conditions, and accept them.
Tap Finalize to complete your setup.
✅ Your goal plan is ready!
On the home screen, go to your matured goal plan.
Tap Rollover.
Choose what to roll over:
Principal + Interest
Principal only
Enter your new target amount.
Set your savings frequency and duration.
Choose your funding sources.
Tap Continue, then review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
✅ Your goal has been rolled over successfully.
Go to the Goals page to see your savings plans.
Tap the plan you want to withdraw from.
Tap Withdraw.
✅ The funds will be transferred to your Rank Wallet, and you’ll receive a confirmation message.
Open the Goals home screen.
Tap the plan you want to break.
Tap the 3-dot menu at the top right.
Select Break Plan.
Tap Proceed.
Choose where the penalty fee will be charged from:
Savings Wallet
Withdrawal amount
✅ Your plan will be closed and funds released.
From the Goals home screen, select the plan you want to top up.
Tap Top Up.
Enter the amount you want to add.
Choose your funding source (Rank Wallet or Saved Card).
Tap Continue.
✅ A confirmation message will appear once your top-up is successful.
Open the app and click on Save from the home screen. Tap Reserve, then tap Create Plan.

Type in your desired amount and choose when to collect interest (monthly, end of term, etc.).
Set how long you want to save for (duration). You can enter a custom duration or pick one of the saved durations.
Choose your primary and secondary funding sources (e.g. Your Rank Wallet or saved card).
Tap Continue, review the Terms & Conditions, and accept them.
Tap Finalize to complete your setup.
✅ Your Reserve plan has been successfully created.
From your Reserve home screen, tap the matured plan.
Tap Rollover.
Choose your rollover type:
Principal + Interest
Principal only
Enter your new target amount.
Choose your savings duration.
Tap Continue, then review and accept Terms & Conditions.
✅ Your plan has been rolled over.
Go to the Reserve page.
Tap the matured plan you want to withdraw from.
Tap Withdraw.
✅ Your funds will be moved to your Rank Wallet, and a success message will appear.
