🔌 Bill Payments Help Center

▶️ Electricity Bill Payment

  1. On the home page, scroll down, navigate 'Quick actions' and select 'more' 

  2. Select Electricity

  3. Choose your Electricity Provider (Disco)

  4. Enter your Meter Number

  5. Input the Amount

  6. Tap continue

  7. Enter your Transaction PIN

  8. Your receipt will be displayed – you can save or share it


▶️ Airtime Recharge

  1. Go to Bill Payment

  2. Tap Airtime

  3. Choose your Network Provider

  4. Enter the Phone Number or tap the Contact Icon

  5. Input the Amount

  6. Tap Buy Airtime

  7. Confirm with your Transaction PIN

  8. Your receipt will appear for saving or sharing


▶️ Buy Data

  1. Tap Bill Payment

  2. Select Data

  3. Enter the Phone Number

  4. Choose Network Provider and select a Data Plan

  5. Tap Buy Data on the Summary Page

  6. Confirm using PIN or Face ID

  7. View and share your receipt


▶️ Pay for Cable TV (DSTV, GOTV, etc.)

  1. Tap Bill Payment

  2. Select Cable TV

  3. Pick your Cable Provider

  4. Enter your Smartcard Number

  5. Choose your Cable Plan

  6. Tap Buy Plan

  7. Confirm with your PIN

  8. Receipt will be available to save or share


▶️ Betting Account Funding

  1. Tap Bill Payment

  2. Select Betting & Gaming

  3. Choose your Betting Platform (e.g., Bet9ja, SportyBet)

  4. Input your User ID and Amount

  5. Tap Pay

  6. Enter your PIN

  7. Share or save the receipt


▶️ Pay for JAMB or WAEC

  1. Tap Bill Payment

  2. Select Education

For JAMB:

  • Enter your Profile ID and Amount

  • Tap Pay, then enter your PIN

For WAEC:

  • Input the number of WAEC PINs and Amount

  • Tap Pay, then confirm with your PIN

✅ A receipt will be displayed for sharing or saving


▶️ Internet Service Payment

  1. Tap Bill Payment

  2. Select Internet Service

  3. Choose your Provider (e.g., Smile, IPNX, Swift)

  4. Enter your Customer ID, Plan, and Amount

  5. Tap Pay

  6. Enter your PIN

  7. Get your receipt – ready to save or share
