✅ How to Move to Tier 2
- Open the app
- Tap the profile icon
- Tap Account Verification and input your NIN
- Once submitted and verified, your account will be upgraded to Tier 2
That’s it! Once done, your Tier 2 upgrade will be reviewed, and you will be notified
🚀 How to Move to Tier 3
- Open the app
- Tap the profile icon
- Fill in your full address (Kindly include Country, State, Local Govt Area, City, Street name and house number)
- Upload a recent utility bill (This could be an electricity, water, or LAWMA bill not older than 3 months)
- Select your marital status (e.g., single, married)
- Add details of your next of kin (Name, date of birth, gender, address, and phone number)
Once everything is complete and submitted, we’ll review and upgrade your account.
(Kindly note that verification o address takes 1 - 3 working days. If your address verification gets rejected due to a mismatch, you will be notified via email)
