How Do I Delete My Account

If you’re sure you want to delete your Moni account, please take a moment to read the important information below:

What data is deleted?
When you request data deletion, we’ll remove:

- Your personal information (name, phone number, email)
- Transaction history and saved contacts
- Any messages or interactions
- Account settings and preferences
Note: We may retain limited data where legally required (e.g. for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance).

Before you delete, kindly note that:
- This action is permanent.
- You will lose access to your account and all linked data.
- You won’t be able to recover deleted information.
- Deletion may take up to 30 days to fully process across all systems.

How to request deletion:

- Open the Rank  app.
- Click on the profile icon and scroll down
- Tap 'Delete Account' and select reason or your decision
- We’ll confirm once your request has been received.

In certain cases, we may retain information for:

- Legal or regulatory obligations
- Security or fraud prevention
- Resolving disputes or enforcing terms
