For limits below ₦6,000,000:
You can easily increase your transaction limit right from the app. Just follow these steps:

1. Open the app and click on your profile icon at the top left

2. Tap on Transaction Limits.

3. Choose a new limit from the options listed.

4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number to confirm.

5. That’s it! Your new limit will be updated immediately.

For limits of ₦6,000,000 and above:
If you need a higher limit, here’s what to do:

1. Open the app and click on your profile icon at the top left
   

2. Tap on Transaction Limits.
   

3. Click on 'provide income proof' as this is a requirement for the desired amount
   

4. Upload your proof (this could be a pay slip, employment letter, or payment receipt) and enter the reason for Limit increase

5. Tap on Complete to submit your request.

Once we review and verify your details, we’ll notify you when your new limit is approved.
