🔐 How to Secure Your Account by Creating a Transaction PIN
To keep your account safe, you’ll need to set up a Transaction PIN. This PIN is required anytime you want to complete a transaction on the app.
Here’s how to create it:
- Open the app and go to the Profile menu.
- Tap on Security Settings.
- Select Transaction PIN from the options.
- Enter a 6-digit PIN that you’ll easily remember but is hard for others to guess.
- A 6-digit code will be sent to your number via text to verify
- Once confirmed, your Transaction PIN will be set and ready to use.
🔄 How to Change Your Transaction PIN
If you ever want to change your current Transaction PIN, follow these steps:
- Open the app and go to the Profile menu.
- Select Transaction PIN and then tap on Change Transaction PIN.
- First, enter your current PIN to confirm it’s really you.
- Then, enter your new PIN and confirm it.
- A 6-digit code will be sent to your number via text to verify
- Once confirmed, your new Transaction PIN will be updated.
- You’ll see a confirmation message once the change is successful.
